The Elkhorn Sports Performance Experience
At Elkhorn Sports Performance, your athlete will learn and perfect the foundational movements that are needed to dominate within sport. All of our programming includes Speed & agility, plyometrics, strength training, neuromuscular training, vestibular training, and proprioception training.
Science-Based Training
We pride ourselves on incorporating our backgrounds in Physical Therapy directly into our programming. Touching on aspects that often are missed in other programs, offering vestibular and neuromuscular training on top of our strength & conditioning. Truly improving all aspects of "sports performance" to go beyond just lifting weights.
